Want to learn to pole dance? Then you have come to the right place!

Emily's Vertical Art is a well established pole fitness and dance class based from Milton Keynes and operating in Beds, Bucks and Herts. Emily has been teaching pole fitness and dancing since 2003 and EVA holds a number of pole fitness and dancing classes the area, please see Classes for more information on lessons.

Beginners, intermediates and advanced polers of all fitness levels are welcome at all classes!!! It is never too late to try it.

Pole fitness is for everyone, we teach at your pace and you will get so much out of it.

Pole dancing for fitness and vertical art is a strength and fitness activity, although pole dancing is often associated with strippers and exotic dancing, pole fitness has seriously taken off as a much more widely accepted exercise class in recent years.

Emily's Vertical Art classes, private lessons, group lessons, parties and one2ones welcome everyone, beginners to advanced and all ages and sizes, here at Emily's Vertical Dance we embrace curves and we have a wide range of students. As long as you are over 18 and are not pregnant or trying to conceive, you can come along, see what to wear & expect for more information.
